  Experient PSAP Controller

The heart of the 911 call center, the Experient PSAP Controller is Phase I and II compliant, Linux based and fully redundant [automatically].  System MTBF (Mean Time Before Failure) is estimated at more than 1,000,000 hours, and system availability exceeds 99.999%.  A White Paper with specific details is available on this website.

The Experient PSAP Controller also has built-in monitoring capabilities that continually watch the health of the system notifying Experient as well as dispatchers of any issues that may arise (e.g. Telco line problems, CAD issues, etc.).  In addition, Experient’s support team can access the PSAP Controllers remotely, diagnose all aspects of the system, provide updates and change system settings; all without any interruption to the operation of the PSAP.

  Experient PSAP Toolkit

Experient’s PSAP Toolkit software (located on the PSAPs workstations) works hand-in-hand with Experient’s PSAP Controller and provides dispatchers with a quick and easy-to-use way to receive caller location and call status information, perform call transfers and communicate with the deaf using TTY/TDD.  The PSAP Toolkit software works seamlessly with Microsoft Windows and any Windows application.
